How does it work?
Once you register with us we will send you a confidential form via email which you are required to complete and return to us. The form requires you to provide us with information about yourself as well as the requirements that you are looking for in a potential partner.This form enables us to carefully discern what it is you look for in a potential partner and will be the basis on which your pesonal matchmaker will look for potential partners for you. Therefore it is essential that you provide as much information as possible so your personal matchmaker has all your requirements.
We will also ask you whether you would like us to keep your picture on file this is optional.
We aim to introduce you to a potential match/s at the begining of the month. You then have the opportunity to get to know your match/s for the next four weeks. Therefore everyone on our database is at the same stage and we have a wider variety of people to match you up with.
How are clients matched?
Your Personal Matchmaker will search, identify, short-list and notify prospective marriage partners on your behalf. We select a person for you based upon the information you provide in the form. The Single Muslim Matchmaking Team have years of combined experience and create matches based on personality and physical requirements. Our service isn’t about viewing profiles; it’s about an insightful, professional SMM staff member hand-selecting appropriate matches based upon your desires, goals, motivations and our instincts.
1) On or around the 1st working day of each month we will send you an email with details of your potential matches.
2) Once details are exchanged you will then be given until the 28th of the month to inform us if you would like to be matched up for the following month or are happy with your current match for the time being.
3) If you wish to be matched up again you will receive details of your match on the first working day of the next month and the process continues.
Why do you only introduce me to one to two potential partner’s a month?
We have been in the business for several years now and our expertise show that on average 9 times out of 10 people will usually make their decision (on whether someone is compatabile) within the first phone call. Although this may seem a good way of identifying a suitable atch we feel it is most definiley not the right way to go.
Once you initiate contact at the first dialogue you can understand both parties are feeling nervous and therefore it is an awkward situation and thus often your unable to show your true personality. This is why the second dialogue is IMPERATIVE and should always be carried out. After the third and final dialogue you will ultimately be relaxed with each other and will be able to make an informed choice. However if after the first dialogue you REALLY feel that you do not wish to proceed to the 2nd dialogue then please let us know and we will arrange another match for you.
Can I see a picture of a potential match, before you introduce us?
Yes. We at Single Muslim Matchmaking understand that appearance may play an important part in selecting a suitable partner. We also understand asking for a picture can be awkward so to make things easier for you we will happily keep a picture of you on our database, and ONLY with your permission will we ever forward it to a potential match. The picture can be removed any time from our database at your request.

How is the contact arranged?
Once we select a match for you, we contact you by email to tell you about the person we have chosen. We respect your confidentiality and only give out your first name, never revealing your address, phone number or company name. We give you a concise description of your potential match and why we think this match is appropriate. Everything we know about you is taken into consideration for this process.
What happens next?
Many of our introductions are successful! You can exchange business cards or phone numbers and make plans to meet in a halal setting. Your Personal Matchmaker can arrange this for you. Following each introduction we ask that you email us with feedback. From your comments and overall impression of the person, we’ll fine tune your next match so that we can be even more precise in the future. The process couldn’t be easier!
